Our behaviors, emotions and habits come from our unconscious. Our past experiences create our personalities, and sometimes a trauma or negative memory can keep us stuck, unable to move on from our current stage of life. Our memories and feelings are stored in our unconscious; hypnotherapy can be an effective tool in recalling those memories and re-experiencing them with a new perspective. I find it fascinating how hypnotherapy allows us to re-experience and process our stored emotions.
