Do you keep yourself in an angry mode, call yourself a victim of destiny, feel the world owes you retribution, or blame your past and your surroundings for your troubles? If this is you, my advice is to just STOP feeling sorry for yourself. Really! You must understand and accept that each of us has baggage, and we all have our own ups and downs in life. Some of us have suffered more (and some of us less) than others, but we all have suffering.
