It is incredibly difficult to unwind the psychological ropes which entangle each of us, keeping us from growing and moving forward in life. However, in the process of psychotherapy, we can unbind ourselves, becoming emotionally free. When we find that freedom, it feels like flying. Our souls fit into our bodies; we become our true selves.  Our behaviors, emotions and habits come from our unconscious. Our past experiences create our personalities, and sometimes a trauma or negative memory can keep us stuck, unable to move on from our current stage of life. Our memories and feelings are stored in our unconscious; hypnotherapy can be an effective tool in recalling those memories and re-experiencing them with a new perspective.
